I made this for the first time in many years as a Christmas gift to a family on Wolfe Island in 2025, and they loved it. This isn't your typical Yule Log cake, it's dense and filled with a silky pudding-cream centre, and the icing is thick and fudgey. This cake will serve 12 generous slices, but you'll likely get 14!
